I had called them to clean my dryer vent because I recently moved. When we checked the dryer pipe, we realized the pipe for the vent was made from cheap material that caused it to vent poorly. They completely switched the vent pipe and changed the opening of the vent to one that would close when done so animals couldn't try and live in it. They were transparent about everything and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a verrry clogged dryer vent. Tried to DYI it twice , but to no avail. Called on a Thursday, Ron was here on Saturday morning. Large clumps of fuzzy lint were removed from the entire length of the vent line, then they blasted it with pressurized air. Dryer works great now and we are very appreciative. Highly recommended. Very impressed with my first time using this company. The owner was able to come out on a Saturday and fix what I thought was going to be a big dryer vent issue. Turns out the last company didn’t clean it properly and he was able to clean it all out the proper way and correct a vent pipe length issue behind my dryer to make my dryer now fit on the ledge made for it in the garage. Skip the kit from Home Depot and let the professionals handle it. After buying a cheap kit to clean the exhausted, the brush got stuck and Ron came out to fix my mistake. Did a great job of removing the stuck brush head and cleaning it the vent.

After realizing there was something very wrong happening inside my dryer vent, I called this company and they were able to come out the same day on a Saturday. Even with a long distance between my dryer and the outside vent exit, they were able to remove a large amount of bird nest debris and other bird grossness that was making my dryer stink. All the debris was also causing the dryer to take 1 1/2 hours to dry a small load of laundry. They even installed a new dryer vent that keeps birds from nesting again. 24 hours after the service, the odor was completely gone and doing laundry is a breeze again! Thank you so much! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Would've loved to agree with the other reviews but I really got disappointed. I hired this company because it seemed legit and also because of the rating. We recently moved to our townhome and noticed the dryer vents were very filthy. At first, he gave me 2 prices one for a vent that exits on the side of the house and another if it exits on the roof. After I said it goes to the side, he changed the price, apparently because of a typo error for using Siri, which I found it strange since I don't think siri would confuse a 2 for a 4, but I proceeded to hire them anyways because we needed the issue to be solved as soon as possible. The day they were supposed to come to do the job they arrived late and they kept receiving phone calls asking when they would be going to their next location because I guess they were already expecting them to be there. So they cleaned the dryer vent all in a rush and were looking for the exit which they never found. So I was charged the roof price even though they didn't spend the time to look for it since they were in a rush. I questioned it and I got an answer saying that "they couldn't find it but they know it is somewhere in the roof because they can hear it". Last week my husband was cleaning the outer vents since they seemed to be very dusty and, guess what!, there it was. The dryer vent exited the side of the house by the entrance door not on the roof as they had convinced me. So I called the owner of the company to let him know and to request an adjustment since I was charged more than what I was supposed to but then he started adding other charges like gas, time, and the length of the vent which seemed absurd since I believe 1. if a company charges you a certain price it includes gas or else how are you recovering that money 2. They were in a rush since they were behind schedule and kept receiving phone calls asking how much longer they were going to take to arrive to the other place and 3. Again if you tell me a price for a side exit and another for exiting to the roof it wouldn't matter the length unless we're talking about a 3 or 4 story house but mine is just 2 and the vent didn't exit to the roof but to the side. He agreed to refund me the difference but it's a week since we talked and there's always an excuse for not making the transfer. He's either busy or he made the transfer through zelle but doesn't know why I didn't get it or it says it's pending or he thinks his bank account has been blocked. I ended up requesting the money through zelle but nothing. I just feel I have been lied to and taken advantage for being an ignorant in the topic but I don't think anybody deserves to go through this. I'm not sure if this happened just to me but I just wanted to leave this review to help others be aware. Sometimes is seems too perfect to be true. I have pictures as proof.

Dryer Vent Maintenance was very responsive, and resolved the issue we had. The dryer did not seem to function as it should, but it was because of too much lint/dust in the vent. The owner came to my house with very short notice and did and outstanding job. Young, professional guys who value and take pride in the their work. The owner even took the time to explain to me why I was having the issue I was having. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Impressed! I filled out the online form and received a call within minutes. Ron was able to come out the next day and bring our not-so-great previous owner's job to a better, more up to date (and safer!) solution for our old Florida home. We needed our dryer vent cleaned because it hadn't been done in 4 years. I called this company because of the many great reviews and I loved the logo. I was impressed that I was able to get scheduled for the exact day I asked for. Ronald and his partner did a great job. Not only did they clean out the vent but cleaned up the mess all over the laundry room floor and fixed the hose. Now it looks much better behind the washer and dryer. They were so nice and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend you use this company. Thank you!! :)

Saved my home! RJ and Joseph were phenomenal. They went above and beyond. Fair pricing. Genuinely concerned about doing the right thing and fixing the issue.Unknown how long dryer vent issue has been going on (probably since place was built 1986) would have eventually caused a fire no doubt. RJ and Joseph Created a plan and came back to finish the job in a timely manner. Thanks!!

Recently moved into a new home, laundry room didn’t have an air duct opening for the dryer, we seeked and received service same day. Great communication throughout the process, high quality results (emphasis on high quality) very professional and cleanly.
